Join Bally’s Intralot as an Insights Analyst

Your Role:

As an Insights Analyst you'll build the forecasting models, benchmarks and data foundations behind business cases, market evaluations and performance assessments across our lottery and gaming portfolio. You'll also set the team’s analytical standards and turn complex model outputs into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders. Here's what you'll be doing:

Gaming Markets & Product Evaluation

o   Assess market trends and analyse the performance of all product verticals globally.

o   Evaluate the sales potential of new markets to support business cases, and identify growth opportunities in markets where the company already operates.

o   Define and maintain the building blocks of each business case, validating assumptions with the stakeholders involved.

o   Develop sales forecasts with base, upside and downside scenarios for upper-management decisions.

Own the Insights & Benchmarking Database

o   Design, structure and maintain the company’s database on industry, product verticals, markets, competition and channels.

o   Set up data collection, cleaning and refresh routines, and set the guidelines for the benchmarking database.

Operations Performance Assessment

o   Use forecasting models to assess the sales performance of gaming brands.

o   Use statistical analysis to evaluate the ROI of marketing activities and the performance of distribution channels in existing operations.

o   Evaluate how new features affect overall portfolio performance across games and channels.

To thrive in this role, you should meet these qualifications:

·  Bachelor/MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or a similar quantitative field.

·  3+ years of experience in applied analytics, ideally commercial forecasting.

·  Strong R and/or Python skills, plus SQL.

·  Hands-on experience with time series and regression or econometric modelling.

·  Experience building and maintaining structured databases.

·  Excellent knowledge of English.

· Ability to explain models to non-technical audiences.
