Are you passionate about HR? Bally’s Intralot is seeking a talented HR Generalist to become part of a highly motivating and innovative environment, where you will contribute to shaping the future of gaming technology while growing professionally in an international organization.

 

Your Role:

As an HR Generalist you will support the daily operation of international HR activities and contribute to the effective delivery of HR services across the organization. You will collaborate closely with managers and employees, ensuring smooth HR processes, excellent employee experience, and alignment with company policies and business objectives.

Job requirements

More specifically, some of your main tasks will be:

  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employees, guiding them through day-to-day HR matters and resolving queries promptly.

  • HR Systems & Administration: Support employee lifecycle activities using SAP and SuccessFactors. Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring absolute accuracy and strict confidentiality.

  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure all HR practices comply with labor legislation, company policies, and internal procedures.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Assist in preparing accurate HR reports, data analytics, and presentations to support management decision-making.

  • International Support & Bids: Handle international HR requests and provide the necessary HR documentation and data required for company bids and tenders.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless HR administration.

  • Projects & Process Improvement: Provide hands-on support for organizational development and assigned HR projects, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement and digitalization of HR workflows

To qualify for the role, you should have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field.

  • 4+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Team spirit, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset.

 

Nice to have, but not mandatory:

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals module) will be considered a strong plus.

  • Experience with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools.

  • HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) will be considered an asset.
