Job description
As a Business Analyst at our team, you will play a key role in optimizing the performance and functionality of our Lottery systems!
More specifically, some of your main tasks will be:
Being the person responsible within the team for collecting and tracking the progress of change requests
Ensuring that requirements are fully understood by both the Business and Development teams and that the designed implementation truly satisfies our customers' expectations
Participating in the definition and analysis of business requirements
Uncovering and understanding customer and business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements to be successful in this role
Job requirements
To get this role, you should match the following criteria:
You hold a University or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant technology-related field
A proven working experience of at least 3 years in Business Analysis or Product Management (ideally in the Gaming sector)
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (enterprise software development)
Familiarity with the Business Analysis process: requirement gathering, communication, training (clients /operations) analysis & documentation, support & suggestions
Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken
Open to travelling and working abroad
We would appreciate it if you had:
Experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Experience in Reporting Tools
Experience in process visualization tools (Flowcharts, Vision Boards)
On a personal side:
Is communication one of your strong points? Indeed, in this position, you also need to work well with a variety of teams & provide them with detailed and accurate defect reporting!
