Join Bally’s Intralot as a Senior Network Engineer

As a Senior Network Engineer you will play a pivotal role in providing advanced (3rd level) technical support addressing network-related issues for our global projects.

More specifically, some of your main tasks will be:

 Network Monitoring and Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain network-related equipment across all sites, responding promptly to alerts and outages

• Contribute to the design and implementation of new solutions while enhancing the resilience of current network environments.

• Establish and manage network environments by designing system configurations, directing system installations, and defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.

Optimizing Network Performance

• Maximize network performance by monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting network issues and outages, and scheduling and implementing upgrades.

• Optimize and configure routing, switching, and load-balancing devices.

• Upgrade network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.

Maintain Documentation and Implement Housekeeping

• Implement and coordinate housekeeping activities.

To thrive in this role, you should meet these qualifications

• Degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Systems, or a related technology field.

• Five (5+) years of experience in Network Engineering.

• Network Security Solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto).

• Load Balancing/Application Delivery (Citrix ADCs, F5 Big-IP).

• Experience with VMWare.

• Cisco: CCNA (required) CCNP (preferred).

• CheckPoint: CCSA, CCSE, CCTE (Good to have)

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience and automation tools (e.g Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.

• Team-oriented and collaborative.
