Join Bally’s Intralot as a Corporate Communications Manager

 

Your Role:

As a Corporate Communications Manager at Bally’s Intralot, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the company’s brand and foster a strong, consistent corporate voice.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Create and manage a broad range of communications content, including press releases, corporate announcements, social media content, website and company profiles, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the organization’s communication strategy and brand identity.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the corporate advertising plan, coordinating campaigns across appropriate channels, managing external partners and agencies where required, and monitoring performance to maximize reach, visibility, and impact.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the company’s participation in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, including promotional materials, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and on-site execution, ensuring strong brand presence and professional representation.

  • Lead and coordinate the company’s participation in industry awards and recognition programs by identifying relevant opportunities, preparing and submitting nominations, and supporting related communications and promotional activities.

  • Contribute to the planning and management of the annual communications budget, overseeing the execution of related initiatives throughout the year to ensure effective resource allocation, budget compliance, and achievement of communication objectives.

Job requirements

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field; a postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in a relevant role, ideally within press relations, advertising, or copywriting.

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders.

  • A collaborative mindset and strong team spirit, with the ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across the organization.

  • Availability and willingness to travel abroad when required.
